Nice. Does each element have a unique ID like IPFS and it's CIDs? If so, can an element be updated while keeping the same ID? That's been one annoyance with IPFS is the ID change on every push.

By using replaceable events, which is one of Nostr's great specifications, you can access the same address even if the content changes by using the creator's public key and an arbitrary d tag.
