When you login to another client even That client is the same but on another platform I thought your data notes and settings are supposed to be carried over is that not the case?

Settings no as these are related to each app/client but your notes and following and followers list should yes.
Nothing for me has ever carried over not my notes not my profile Pic not my relays I'm about to be done with nostr it just needs to get better
