Yes but then it manages permissions to other apps without you having to put your nsec into those. Like a master key for apps

Yea I use it. Real handy. But I dont recall entering anything other than the nsec to get it going

Does running several browser extensions explain why I never see Amber in action?.

For most sites offering browser extension login, nos2x-fox pops up just fine. ( I had issues where it would generate random new ID when logging in to sites, but reinstalling #nos2x-fox solved that)

I also have Alby. Which appears now and again when I make a lightning payment

But I don't see any life in Amber

Are extensions battling each other to be used or is there a simple logic behind nos2x appearing and Amber just being redundant.
