Lifelong android user who switched to iPhone in 2021 to give it an honest try. Have been back on a Pixel since Sunday.
Feels like I'm set free back in the future. iPhone felt like a prison.

And yes this is why I immediately hated the iPhone. The pixel camera is embarrassingly better. I am generally the photographer of my friend group because my camera is always the best. The last few years that quickly stopped being the case because other people were taking better photos on their phones.
The deterioration rate of iPhones is immoral. I know they made things worse so I'd want a new phone. My 7 year old pixel works faster than the iPhone I just stopped using.
Wow. I also noticed the iPhone camera seems to be getting worse. Older models seemed to adjust and zoom better with less blur. I am just curious if the pixel camera will be the same after installing graphne OS. I heard that it gets worse but idk. Please let me know what the camera is like if you do choose to install it.

Learn from my mistakes! It really was awful. Their marketing is next level. The phones barely do anything. It makes the masses dumb. That's my theory. So they'll never want more from their phone.
Punkt phones might be cool. They are freedom phones.

I look at those as my next phones because iPhome vs android is the same as Apple vs Google in controlling users and collecting their data. Their proprietary software comes with their hardware.
Yeah that's true. But I use my phone to run my life which is stored on Google already. So they already have it. 😔
