I know it's something like 20,999,997.... but I can't find the exact figure.

Yes.

What I'm looking for is the sum total of all block subsidies up until 2140 when the subsidy falls below 1 sat.

I could just do the math, but I was feeling lazy.

I stopped being lazy and made a spreadsheet...

20,999,999.979 bitcoin. That's the total supply.

Incorrect. You must apply the first 50 BTC (block #1) subsidiary is inaccessible

So take out 50 BTC from your total.

(There's also a few more examples like this but its smaller amounts. I'll find it for ya)
