I read notes about awesome clients development such as Nostrgram and now #[0]
Do we have to choose 1 over the other or is it possible to have a few?

You can use as many clients as you want. Some are better at some things than others, have different layout options, etc. The only gotcha right now is that sometimes doing that causes you to lose your following list (not exactly sure why). NostrGram makes it easy to restore your list from your profile though. Just click the calendar icon in the profile box at the top of the page.
