The best part is that there is no mass muting. You can mute/block someone you don't want to see content from. You can also (at least on the amethyst client) block specific words/phrases/hashtags you don't want to see. Otherwise, there are no reports. If you report anything, it's up to the relay owner whether or not they want to get rid of that person.
