All the tech in the world isn't going to magically evolve the ape mind. The humans making up our social systems are on their own individual path of consciousness evolution. Until all can arrive at a Tao-like understanding of this realm, we will be subject to the mini-Stalins attempting to divert rivers to their idyllic utopia.
