Yeah, we're gonna need some more information here... Is this some kind of ancient secret family recipe, or can you share it?
haha, nothing that fancy. I ferment the berries for 3-5 days, drain the liquid, run the berries through our vitamix, strain that liquid (we then dehydrate the left over mash and mix with salt to make a seasoning). I then add the fermented berry liquid to the base hot sauces that I make.
