Its like a megaphone , if you post to it it sends it to almost every popular relay , or something.
I'm keen on logos , got my wine , got my m .
There's a #weedstr relay with a weed leaf logo as well, or at least there was. But you can't even pay to get on that relay. It's like a relay for losers making a cool kidz table.
