It's been open windows here the past 3 days, but if I have to hear more cicadas, I'm going to scream.
Cicadas are such a crazy thing. Kind of glad our loudest local critters are crickets and frogs.

I love it after sundown, it's just crickets.
I didn't know they shut up at sundown. That must be a relief and a half.
I don't know if they completely sto buzzing, , but I don't hear them from indoors hardly at all after sundown compared to when the sun's out on full-blast 😁
