It is a nostr nest where they place bets on properties of an upcoming block. e.g. They pick a block height in the future, and lay up to 1k sats down on the last character, allowing for only 2 characters per degen. There are side bets. It is all manual. The dealer keeps track of it on paper.

The last I dropped in, it was pretty tame, but it caused some drama, and now there's cornychat and such, so I don't know if it has gotten more degen with their bet limits.
