Stitcher primarily. I use Spotify and Fountain too depending on the pod.

Honestly I’ve been pleasantly surprised with Pocket Cast. You can customize the rewind and fast forward buttons to your liking. Set up custom searches (starred, archives, not listened) and overall just a pleasant UI/UX.

Great for skipping ads. It also backs up slightly when you stop so you can have more consistency.

I’ve been using Pocket Casts for years now too. Overall the best podcast player I’ve used. I wish they would add #Value4Value lightning/sats ⚡️streaming.
