I don't need too much sleep. After 5 or 6 hours at the most, I'm well rested. That's always been the case. But coffee doesn't do anything for me (in terms of waking me up). I go out into the fresh air every morning and every evening. In the morning it helps me to start the day and in the evening it helps me to finish the day. I think exercise is always good. Or a cold shower?
