Listen to Fink. The goal is to create a digital equivalent of all physical property and rent out the digital version while they own the physical. Essentially you get “shares” or tokens that supposedly represent ownership but in reality can’t - they are only claims on property. The final step to strip everyone of their wealth while imposing complete control.
Walk with me. Most of the major cities will be replaced with vast pleasure domes, used exclusively by the excelceites, who are the neo-upperclass. While the displaced hoards of lower-class depth-grobblers will live underground in tiered cities, endlessly toiling away for nuggets of neo-plasmin.
