What do yall use for log Aggregation, or do you not even bother with it?

At work we use Datadog but probably not a great personal solution
Yeah, I've been trying to find a self-hosted solution that's not a massive pain in the ass. Internet seems to favor gray log as the self-hosted solution.
Figured I'd ask here as well and see if there's any strong opinions.
Would be curious as to what you end up going with
currently leaning towards graylog.
I'm not sure what it is about Grafana, but every time I use it, I end up feeling extremely stupid. 😂

Well, whatever I'm going with, it's not going to be graylog. I guess my cpu is to old / does not have avx support so running up to date mongo db is out and greylog needs mongodb. And useing ferret (a newer postgres based but mongo compatable database) does not work. 😅 shit.

I actually tried loading up Graylog Open tonight via docker compose and hit a snag connecting to mongodb. Haven't had the chance to troubleshoot yet but also not sure how much time I feel like dedicating to it.
we use Loki. integrates with grafana well
I use mud and smaller sticks mostly, but also stones if they are available in the location of my new dam. 😎
