I am price wise still a bit cautious for this cycle. Indeed I am one of the 150-200k guys but I wouldn’t mind us to go higher and just loved your conviction about even MUCH higher being likely. Not that I am planning to sell though. Maybe a little bit if we really reach those levels of 500k+ that you mentioned.
