Nostr generally has poor discovery. I don't have many moments on here where I find new people to follow that I don't already know from other platforms.

Thankfully, being decentralized, the client that comes up with more effective algos will have an advantage and will get copied. I just wish there were more interesting data-driven attempts at discovery being tried.

Hashtags are great for discovery. As are the feed options on Primal.

#grownostr has tons of content that is mostly not BTC related. Broadens things so much.

Also, go to a profile of someone you know/follow, then look at their follows and or followers. I generally look for people that have something of value in their profile, or a real pictures like you do... I'll scroll that person's profile to see what they post or share if I like it then I'll follow and try to interact.

It can be slow to get started. Interactions are key... Oh and talk about things other than bitcoin. Lol
