Probably the spam filter. Try unchecking it in security filters screen
Yea removing it from security filters does the same thing. Autoblocks again once I browse to it

Did you uncheck the filter spam from strangers or tried to just unblock him?
Ah you're 100% right. Removing the spam filter fixed it. I kinda thought that if a manually unblock something the spam filter would ignore it. Thanks!
