Now, this shows only a 20% increase since pre-2020, but I feel that's a little low. Maybe it doesn't account for shrinkflation and buying less like we've done.

If it's the official government number, they have substitution effects
So if steak goes up in price more than hamburger, they assume people switched to hamburger
