Vitamin supplements are the one thing they don't need lol

The struggle is with amino acids and some minerals.

What about B12, only found in animals.

On the other hand I don't really care about vegans.

Mushrooms. Just need to eat more.

Like 100g dry weight mushrooms per day 😄 nobody eats that every day
