If you're sure that your feed is supposed to only show your follows, then it's a bug, maybe related to a beta app? Or are you using the browser client?
Primal also offers filters called "my tribe/network", which consists of your follows plus your followers / plus the accounts that your follows follow.
As soon as you're sure that it's a bug you should highlight "@miljan". I once experienced a bug on browser client where I couldn't load my trending feeds anymore and he fixed it within several hours after I told him via nostr.
