What do you think, is there a far future, where democratic institutions, from teams to housholds could be organized in a #nostr app?

My Idea would be as follows:

One or several people atart this democratic group with a list of npubs that can participate in this "democracy"

Participants can democraticly elect the admin, which is the gatekooper to verify if a new member belongs to the group.

Within this group new rules, budgets and what ever has to be decided on can be put as ideas and people could for example select 👎 to vote against and 👍 to vote for something. Since all notes are still normal Nostr notes, the new app would allow to only show posts and votes of verified participants, which are listed in the verified npub list of the admin/s.

Notes need to be persistent. With no way to edit or delete them. To make sure an accepted note is not changed in any way while accepted, but a new kind of fork would need to be created.

Unsolved issue: Voters privacy I do not know how this could be solved, since reactions are tied to a npub and therefore public. When there could be a solution to make sure every participant can only vote once positiv or negativ per post, the numer ov up and down would be counted, but not public who voted what this would be greate.
