Ten fenced acres with an off grid capable cabin, detached garage/shop space, a garden and a few animals. And freedom from long work weeks that suck up my days building someone else’s empire. There is much to do.

I know that feeling pretty well.. any attempt to build someone's else empire, when one doesn't have his own, it's just going to suck up energy.. I had to learn this several times.
