There are 5 people and:

3 decide all 5 should get tatoos.

Because the majority decided, the 2 which didnt want to, must get tatoos.

This is democracy.

4 select one to be their ruler and make all decisions for them.

eventually, if they dont like the decisions, they will kill that ruler and find a new one.

this is monarchy

2 decide that 3 are privledged oppresors, and berate them until they hate themselves and appologize.

The 2 then kill the 3 and take all their food. Once the food is gone, they all die, the two still blaming the first 3.

this is communism.

5 make a decision which is best for each individual. Where those interests overlap, they work together voluntarily to make their labor more effective, and for mutual benefit.

This is anarchy.
