Banning and muting and restricting people's access to the world's most popular decentralized Ponzi scheme sounds insecure and exhausting.

For the record, I think Nostr should be a lot more transparent with it's filters so that the choices of the users actually matter. But that doesn't mean that Bitcoin content on Nostr has any worthwhile value to it.
