Cut the main heads off and keep picking "Brocollini" the side shoots, for the rest of the season. I took a brocolli all the way through our Summer doing that. If you keep cutting them off they keep sending out more.

Great tip, I will do that. I have also been eating the leaves as a green.

As long as you cook the leaves then yes that is fine, Broccoli leaves are essentially Kale
