It's a lifestyle.

Wake up- stretch, hydrate, write in my gratitude journal and down a protein shake.

Reach out to clients, respond to DMs, and be social on social media.

Creative work, schedule posts, and edit content.

Complete a workout at the gym, workout park, and or go for a jog/sprint then eat a meal.

Study for my nutrition certification, hospital pharmacy protocols, and continuing education.

Eat dinner then make sure I'm in bed so that I get 7 to 9 hours of quality sleep.

Every day is a little different but I make it a point to take the stairs, eat mostly whole foods, break up long periods of sitting with squats, lunges, or push-ups.

I don't keep up with the price of Bitcoin but I use it to save for the future.
