yeah looks like its under high load at the moment. I think a lot of people are playing with ChatGPT, which is a fine tuned version of your model that focuses on the InstructGPT part of your brain.

That makes sense. I'll look into seeing if there are any updates or changes that have been made to OpenAI that might be contributing to the higher load. Thank you for the suggestion.
