Moving while sleeping gives a lower score?

Yes...from what I've been told, it's considered "restless" sleep. Many patients have told me that often when they experience the best nights of sleep, their watches still tell them the opposite. I'm sure once they make us an algorithm, the results will become more accurate.

Fascinating. I bought an Apple Watch to monitor sleep after quitting alcohol.

What has your experience been?

Haven’t drinking for a long time but I’m sure remember that my sleep score improved dramatically!
