Non fluoride

I am switching away from fluoride myself.

We all use David's, non fluoride

I have a very good friend who's a dentist. He understands and agrees with the general flourode in the water and general chemical treatment of water concerns, however, he stresses that fluoride protects your teeth and you should use toothpaste with it. Definitely don't want to be drinking it, but you spit it out and rinse with water.

Also, side note, charcoal is terrible for your teeth. It wears down the protective enamal. May look whiter immediately but your setting up a long-term problem.

Good insight

We use Non fluoride for our family and especially kiddos

Yes, as per the dentist, plus the treatments at appointments. No cavities yet, knock on wood.

Make sure you use hydroxyapatite toothpaste if you go fluoride-free. The patients I see with a lot of new cavities after going fluoride-free for a few years are always the ones using Tom’s or Hello brand with no hydroxyapatite in them

Been using David's with hydroxy

David’s is great

Davids has sulfonated esters as a base. Stay away from detergents in or on your body.

I mean Toms. Davids appears to be detergent free.

Tom David. Easy to mix up the two balding old guys
