Hey nostr:npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z sometime around v0.75.0 my feed started flipping over to the conversation view a little too aggressively. It seems to be when I'm scrolling and have held my thumb down a little after the scroll. There's probably a slight sideways motion that's triggering a view transition.
Discussion
I'm trying to get a recording of it but like most bugs of course it doesn't present when you want it to.
I am not even sure I will be able to fix it if this is a little side motion when scrolling. We just use the implementation from the library. You might see the same effect in other apps that use Jetpack compose to create the UI. :(
I've never consciously noticed doing it. Seeing the touchpoint in the video it's obvious I'm doing a fair bit of side to side while scrolling.
It started happening all at once and only in this app. I'll try to train myself to not do this but it doesn't feel like all that unnatural of a movement.
I think the new version of the library (we just updated it) us more sensitive to these gestures
Okay seems to happen after catching a flick scroll. I likely am doing that catch with some slight sideways movement.
