My neighbor just told me that he owns a couple of pounds of gold, between coins & bars.

I said, “That’s awesome! It’s less-fuckable doomsday money.

Do you store it in a safe in your house?”

He said, “No, I have it all in a safety deposit box at my bank.”

I said, “Dude, at the bank? That totally defeats the purpose of owning gold.”
