Why additional features would a crm get by being by being built on nostr that it couldn’t have gotten with legacy tech?

Makes sense, although I’m thinking if it would make sense for smaller teams to build out smaller CRM features independently instead of trying to build a complete CRM solution at once. But an interesting idea nevertheless
