Aye. The dirty and hard jobs go to the man. The soft jobs get delegated.
I do the litter boxes. And take out the trash. Can’t delegate all:)

Those aren't soft jobs. Delegate the soft jobs: child rearing, laundry, cleaning, having fun, being a silly goose, being the light within the household.
