Oh absolutely all the capabilities of being one. And basically they are already acting as buyer of last resort for Treasury bills like a Central Bank would do also 😅. They also already censored and banned/reversed transaction when asked by authorities..
This being said, I don't dislike Paolo Ardoino and believe he isn't the evils of characters in the scene, also believe he is a "bitcoiner".. lol, that used as adjective makes me laugh at myself

About Mallers just read briefly about this new company and so on. I personally wouldn't call him a fiat maximalist until this day from what I heard about him.
