Ecash wallets are tied to the embedded LND wallet. Otherwise we would have to give you a second seed phrase to manage.
You don’t need an LSP channel to use ecash.
You can also still sweep Cashu tokens to your remote node.

I see the embedded LND needs a channel with inbound to get there too.
Are you saying I can do whatever to get that channel, such as using my node as my own LSP.
If you’re using the default Zaplocker Lightning address, you need either a channel with Olympus or a zero fee route channel to it (the latter is easier said than done).
But if you upgrade to ZEUS v0.11 and enable Ecash, you can set up a Cashu Lightning address. This doesn’t require a channel at all.
