Making a space for me to have some chickens myself
Man it’s 100% the play if you can swing it. I have every intention of doing it once I have my own plot to build on. My parent’s neighbor has chickens and they’re not all that intensive to maintain.
I do know they are messy and roosters are angry, loud AF if you have one
But 2-3 chickens gives you at least a dozen eggs/week
LOL roosters can definitely be loud. My parent’s neighbors have chickens so generally that’s where I get my eggs from. That yolk, man. Always a very different color than the eggs from the grocer.

Dude that was my first thought! When I eat eggs I’ll usually do 3-4 at a time. Eggs are slowly becoming a delicacy LOL
