these things... they sound good. don't be fooled. while being utterly negative all the time is probably a psychological issue.

being angry or anything else is just being (angry). there is no such thing as anything being always good bad positive or negative. (mostly).

if a situation happens it just happens. labeling good bad positive and negative is spinning your own life and narrowing your own view.

things and feelings are just things and feelings. our feelings or non feelings about them are our own, personal and how we see who we are.

'I feel anger bt I had better pretend not because I am supposed to feel something else." - this leads to no growth or self knowledge or self honesty.
