Exiting keto to embark upon a 2 month bodybuilding program. Already feeling bloated and fuzzy headed, but we'll see if this gets me unstuck from my failed attempts to add more muscle and lose more fat.
Keto is not sustainable for me.
Only having carbs at dinner keeps me pretty clear during the day.
