Yes. That and the book “Why Humans Like Junk Food” especially the anatomy of a Dorito part we’re eye opening for me. Took me 20 years to get serious about it though.
Interesting, I’ll have to check out that other book / never heard of that one. Maybe Morgan Spurlock will make a movie for me before I get to it 🤣
