DOGE: FBI Agents are planning to walk off the job tomorrow and protest the president. Doing so is illegal and grounds for termination. Under 5 U.S.C. § 7311, federal employees—including FBI agents—are prohibited from striking against the government. Additionally, the Hatch Act restricts their ability to engage in political activities while on duty or in an official capacity.
