If you're working on liver health, be sure to cover *all three phases* of liver detox.

Here's how I like to get the most coverage without going nuts:

1. Vitamins. B complex, C (l-ascorbate), and E.

2. Minerals from liver+oysters.

3. Ubiquinol, NAC, and Calcium-D-Glucarate.

4. Liver herbs (milk thistle, dandelion root, artichoke leaf).

5. Flush/motility agents (tudca, olive oil+lemon, ACV, aged cascara)
