I love Oxford commas, and anyone not using them is asking for trouble. The comma before the AND in my sentence is splitting 2 main clauses. It is not an Oxford comma.

I disagree, it is separating the final item in a list of two ๐Ÿ˜‚

A list of two items does NOT require a comma.

E.g. I bought apples and oranges

It does in Oxford ๐Ÿ˜‚
