See i have issues handling and preparing eggplant. Peaches, strawberries, and delicate flowers much more up my alley

If there are flowers in your salad they are edible for a reason.
Never had one but I could see it
I mean being open to what comes your way is always a good way to live, you never know what you are missing. At least you can say you tried it.
Would also recommend a chiefs salad it's got a good amount of meat. The protein sticks to the bones a bit more, it's what I like personally.
