Have you seen this video? Basically dig any time of holes, trenches, swales to stop the water. Water level raises and then you get streams/creeks. I need big property :) https://youtu.be/-8nqnOcoLqE?feature=shared

No i havent, i'll check it out. I have seen videos about simply digging small holes in desert areas, that will hold water when it does rain.
