From what i can see albys first ambition is to offer a lightning hub for oneself not necessarily for an operator to route transactions
Alby Hub is not designed for routing nodes. You can however set up routing fee per channel and see some details in Settings -> Node logs
As I have presumed and it’s making completely sense to focus on rather one subject instead of too many!

One of the reasons I wanted to run a lightning node was to contribute to the Lightning Network as a whole. Not interested in earning fees, but only to make the network more capable, and that includes routing others' transactions.
Are you telling me that AlbyHub is not designed for this?
Alby hub sits on top of LND that said you can still operate on LND level what you want to achieve I just wouldnt open those routing channels on alby instead you open them directly on LND which of course Alby also profits from when you pay via alby, i hope this makes sense!
