It was all open source. The only thing that wasn't was OXT, but that was run by someone else with funding from Samourai.

Many people have the code. The issue is not code but people and hostile governments.

Ashigaru has popped up, with a fork of the codebase. No whirlpool or Atomic Swaps yet but a functional version of the Wallet code.
