They seized 50k Bitcoin from some guys running an illegal streaming platform like two decades or so ago. Instead of holding these 50k Bitcoin, they sold them to exchanges. Now they have zero. They will probably never be able to buy back a stack of that size once politicians realize what they gave away... after all for fiat money they can just print.
