Hum... I will investigate. I think the relay change we did created a weird cache on the proxy choice :(

Maybe. Several seemingly random connections like it, but direct relay connections are concurrent. A good bit is likely not routing through TOR because load performance on my feed is 3x as fast as typical. Media especially would normally just crawl. Everything is snappy now, and I'm not seeing the common "event not found" messages I get on TOR routing.
